Material distributed at Event; 2x2 un-attended Table display (designed, constructed and installed by Partner) at Event

Promotion during Activity; Signage throughout the event; Activity sponsor provides signage and staff for activity.

Listing as supporter on large poster prominently displayed at event sites.

Listed as the “Host Hotel” for the Event on promotional materials produced and distributed following agreement.

In-kind contributions will be evaluated and considered. Funds for purchase of goods and services (such as raffle tickets, baskets, drawing baskets, etc. do not apply.
